[mefi-projects] #010 01-Jul-2001

Is it July already? Sheesh. The total number of subscribers to this list
sneaks up on a nice, round 170 this week for the MetaFilter Projects
bulletin, with details of new sites or site updates by MetaFilter members.

Cleveland Shakespeare Festival
<http://www.cleveshakes.org>
    The CSF performs FREE outdoor Shakespeare to the Cleveland/NE Ohio
community every summer. I am the Managing Director. This year we are
performing "Coriolanus" and "Much Ado About Nothing." All local MeFi'ers,
and even those who don't mind the drive, are welcome to attend. Visit the
site for show dates, times, and directions.

Gore In Seattle
<http://www.dangfunny.com/goreinseattle.com>
    In an alternate universe, former Vice President Gore is devastated by
his loss and goes to Seattle to become a grunge singer. But alas, grunge is
out of fashion these days...

Brandinium
<http://www.brandinium.com>
    Brandinium is an interstitial based banner exchange and ad rep system.
They're sort of like popups but more user friendly. My little attempt to
preserve the indie/small web publishing segment. Let me know your thoughts.

JerryKindall.com
<http://www.jerrykindall.com/>
    Always on the cutting edge, your list owner has set up what the kids
today call a "blog" of his own, just as the format is being declared dead in
some quarters. Coincidence? Yeah, probably. It is grandiloquently taglined
"Macs, music, memes, mind, matter, media, much more." I've been posting on
it for more than a week and I just can't seem to shut up.
