[mefi-projects] #041 02-Jun-2002

It's been quiet here on the MeFi Projects mailing list -- we've gone nearly
a month without sending out a mailing. That's because nobody sent me any
announcements until this past week. Here we go:

Seattle Waterfront 2002-1907 <http://www.kokogiak.com/projects/seawft>
Two panoramic photographs of the waterfront of Seattle, Washington,
taken from the same vantage point - 105 years apart. Presented as a fading
transition, an interactive reveal, an image swap, or side-by-side.

This being the first issue of the month, normally we'd run the MeFites for
Hire feature. But since there was only one newsletter in all of May, I
didn't have a chance to publish my week-before reminder, so I'll run it next
week (whether I have any submissions or not). If you're looking for work in
this lame economy, and would like to be contacted by random MetaFilter
members who might know where you could get some, send me:

1) Your real name
2) Your MeFi user name
3) Your general area (metro area or nearest big city, e.g., Seattle, WA)
4) What you do in 80 characters or less
5) An e-mail address where you can be contacted
6) URL of your resume.

You need to submit this information every month to continue to be listed.

Got a new site or a major change to announce? E-mail the site's name, URL,
your MetaFilter user name, and a brief (fifty words or thereabouts) blurb to
mefi-projects AT jerrykindall.com.
